Since 28 may i am not able to use 4G internet despite having 140 GB data balance and active 4G service. i made a network complaint SR 90401758 with resolution date 1 June 2019. On 29th of may i visited Airtel Store and they recomende me for SIM swap but that did not work. On the same day they tried to give me new sim via sim swap but none of the order was successful. Same day i made a complaint SR 90406458 with resolution date 29 May 2019....

Today i send porting request and i get unique porting code ak418667 expiry date 19/06/2019.

Previously i made porting from airtel but airtel not free my line, today also same thing happened. When i call airtel customer care the say i free my line from airtel, but till now it show airtel network. I pay my bill due, pay more amount.
