dth choose channels not telecast by airtel.

I have been a unsatisfied customer with since 2 years. My mobile number is was [protected] i was getting zero network at resident for 4 numbers. I complain so many times. But airtel failed to give service hence i port out now i received a bill for 125/-7day instead 2day

This the reference to your bill and worst service. As per the bill given to me 25th dec to 31st dec 2018 but in fact my number was port out on 27th december...

We have complaint serval complaints earlier it haven't been resolved resent complaint ref no[protected] & mobile no [protected]. Forget 4g even 3g doesn't work plus half the time no network its shows network but phone is not reachable. I am staying in prime location and center of city my office is also in andheri no network here.

did not receive cashback

I had paid 2170 from +[protected] to lenskart today, and was promised 250rs. Cashback.. Did not receive any cashback.

I had paid 2170 rs. For 2 spectacles, despite having other modes of payments like phonepe, paytm, i chose airtel money and i totally regret that decision now. Such an unpleasant experience from your end
Request you to kindly look into the issue and revert back. There is no proper means to complain about...

new connection is given but no channel coming

The new connection is given on 06-mar-2019 and even after 48 hours no channel is coming. Despite several calls to customer care they are not able to provide me the channels. Every call they ask for all the details like customer id, account no, stb no, vc no. Frustrated with their services, raised a complaint for refund but it will take 15 days.

add on 5 gb cannot able to use

I have recharged for 499, airtel provided daily data limit 2 gb and add on 5 gb,

But i cannot able to use add on 5 gb, after calling to 198 customer care, they told technical issue will be resolved soon... And asking to recharge for rs 49 extra to get 3 gb.

Telling same story from last 3 months...

deduction of rs. 169.00 two times on 28.02.19 of same mobile no.8271939379.

My recharging double deduction of rs. 169 from my account on 28.02.19 with transanction id no. [protected] &[protected] now one time recharge saccessfully done to your end & another was false. I want to say that you have verified another transanction id i. E. [protected] where as this is not my transanction id.
So, kindly again i am requested to you please refund excess amount of rs. 169 to my account as immediately....

my sim is disconnected

Hi this is aamir khan my airtel number is [protected]. It is unable to connect with network from morning m not able to make call. This is second time happening in this month. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to change my sim company. So please take some necessary action and make sure this incident will not happen again....

Im using airtel dth service for past 2 months, i did recharge of rs. 290 on 3rd march 2019, as per plans available on airtel app. (Attaching the payment receipt). Afterwards my airtel dth service resumed.

generating bill after disconnection rather amount excess paid

My credit card was auto debited with 589.62 today at 2:07 am without pin/otp. Please look into this and reverse the charges. I have never used the card from my end. This seems to be some sort of fraud that you have to take care from your end. I have seen similar kind of complaints raised by other consumers reporting the same issue. recharge done twice please refund.

Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 169 and had activated a pack for next 28 days.

Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 169 and pack for next 28 days.

I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...
