After doing recharge, Still after 7-8 days it shows account is suspended. Called on customer care out of 100 time they receive once. And they provide response that it will get refresh in 10 minutes.

I had already recharged for 1400 rs on Feb 1st week for 6 months. But today, so many channels are not working. Getting the message as that particular channel is not in my pack.

So i choosed my own pack and send the activation code. But still now pack is not yet activated.

Such a worst customer care service in airtel.Very worst.I dont want airtel connection anymore. So remove ur dish and stop the connection asap....

Dear sir iam using airtel since 10 years but right now iam in gajularamaram (Hyderabad), this area when i enter to the room, mobile signal going to emergency calls, this number using for around 10 years & above, please rectify the issue, since inside the room, only jio network is coming, airtel not even point is coming, please take this as priority & do the needful.

I have recharged my dth account on 13 Feb but till now the channel are not coming. I have already called customer care 30 times but they are not responding. Error code 6 is appearing on screen.
I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. I am really frustrated from calling customer service since 4-5 days regularly....

Last 40 days i am trying to get duplicate sim but they not able to provide me. Hi team. I am karthik. I recently ported my network to airtel. It got activated last night i. E on 17/02/2019 at 00:39 hrs. I was getting signal bars but when i am dialling to the customer care (59059) to activate the sim, call itself is not connecting and i am getting error message as “call failed”. Selection of channels as per trai new rules is not available on airtel-website though advertised and told by customer support.
When i selected channels directly on tv, i have lost all free channels. There is no way to select those.
Nobody answering help-line for last 3 days.
