I selected my plan on 31/01/2019 using airtel digital tv portal and got the confirmation on screen but they applied thier own plan and then on 07/02/2019, i again selected my plan and send sms to airtel but 70% channels blocked and when i checked my account it is showing 3476 rs per month rental instead of my choosen plan of 625 rs per month...
I try to register my complaint on toll free number many times today but they said there...

In my airtel bill for the period: 05-jan-2019 to 04-feb-2019 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 3 times. Details below:

But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in vodafone...

I had opted for a mix of bouquet and a la carte channels for my airtel dth subscription no [protected] on 30/01/2019 and the request no provided by the company is 212523. The total charge for above selection was around inr 540.00 per month. From 06/02/2019, i am receiving much less channels than i had opted but the company is charging inr 700.00.
I contacted the company on 06/02/2019 and they told me that they have system problem and...

On 08-02-19 i wrongly recharged amount of rs 169 two times as the first recharge success full message i received late.
Kindly cancel one of the recharge and credit the amount of rs 169 to my account.

Sir, i have a dth connection of airtel bearing id no.[protected]. I selected my new plan on dated 4-2-19 but my selected plan is not approved so far. I am receiving messages from service provider to pay tariff as old basis. Please look into the matter and direct to service provider for approving selected plan because my services has stopped due to low balance. I want to pay tariff as selected plan.

Hi, i had applied for an airtel broadband connection, paid for the installation with 3 months package. I was told that the feasibility is there in my society but eventually when the executives came the connections couldnot be made. I have a long pack of 11month +1 month which is expiring on june 2019.
As per new rule of trai i opt for a pack designed by operator.
Which is value sports rs 360.
