I have a Airtel Wallet with some balance in it. Few days back Airtel (Mahavir Nagar Branch, Kandivali West, Mumbai) told me that Wallet is discontinued by Airtel and I need to convert it into Airtel Payment Bank account to use it.

When I went for the same, they said I have to give Aadhaar Number and Biometric verification (Thumb ). When I argued why they are asking for Aadhaar Number as Supreme Court...

I lost my airtel sim 8days back but unknown person is using my airtel sim and miss using the number so please block the sim. The person is making calls to my contacts people and not talking to anyone and it is threatening to me if i call from another number the person will not give any response and the person will not receive the calls i am not getting who have taken my number and miss using please help me out....

I am of a very very old customer of airtel post paid. This month i have received a very highly inflated bill amount on my account. On investigation i have found that around 2750 sms charges have been added to my account. These sms have never appeared on my mobile and are not from my side. After every call made from Airtel, I get an SMS from 'TFAROT' which shows the validity of my prepaid pack. I understand this kind of messages being sent when my validity is about to expire, but in this case, even though I have more than 3 months of validity, I still get the messages. Even after calling customer care, they say nothing can be done about this even though this is sent by Airtel.
These messages are continuously spamming...

I tried booking train ticket through irctc using airtel wallet, the amount was deducted from wallet although the transaction was not completed. I have been trying to reach airtel customer care through all the channels possible but they are not reachable on phone for airtel payment bank. No response for the email sent as well. I want my money to be refunded back in my wallet

The airtel network in my area is so poor that i can't even buffer google page. It is not because i haven't have 3g or 4g services, i'm a airtel 4g service user from 2018 starting. Please take a look on my complaint and reply with an action needed.

I am from chennai using 4g handset, but the network is very bad not even up to the speed of 3g. This case will become even poor when you get out of city. A day back o found the sim found to be malfunction its a mistake from the airtel side and they suggested to replace with new sim. After a i found that i am not receiving any message to my number. They are not giving the free channel dd sports while the live cricket match was going on, i asked and contacted customer care and they not providing proper information. As i tried to contact customer care now, they put my call in the waiting list and not attending, so please take necessary actions to resolve it. Why am i getting messages that airtel will deduct my balance if i don't recharge, wherein i did a recharge for lifetime validity. Now suddenly you change the process and plans, and ask me to recharge the account, else you will stop the outgoing services.

I am using the airtel number since 5-6 year my mobile number is [protected] when i send the sms to any body its always failed and i have many time call to customer care but not get satisfied response.
