I purchased a yearly pack sometime in august 2018. It has been working fine till now (Early december 2018). I've been having connectivity issues (Close to zero connectivity) for 2 weeks now which has impacted my work from home. I reached out the airtel customer care and they have not been the least bit helpful with the complaint.

I've now raised a request for cancellation and they choose to ignore it as well....

We hereby notify you that your service provider has no network signal even though whenever your airtel service has out of reachable.in our office area, is situated 1/6 fakir ghosh lane road, p. S:baranagar, p. O:isi, kolkata-700108.in this area, there is a very badly network problem and network signal has not shown. So if you action against my complain then i will highly oblige to you. Otherwise, we can ported our numbers into another service...

I've taken 2 connection and later i wanted to disconnect 2nd connection. I've called customer care They said there will be a charge of 100rs for disconnection i said and okay and paid 100rs. but after a month now if i recharge my TV is asking to me to pay every 5 days and minimum is 200 rs.
I've lost almost 5000 rs doing this every month.

SUCH A PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY LAME...

As per agreement at the time of purchasing sim (No.[protected]) in 2007, the validity of the sim was 2034. Then how can airtel suddenly curtail the validity period and ask for recharge to get outgoing and incoming validity?? Was this mention in the agreement?? If not so, they can't curtail my sim validity. How dare, they have also deduct my balance amount rs 39 without my consent. This is too much unfair business. I want my actual validity...

Suddenly on 13th dec, 2018 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use. As i work in night shift i couldn't do my any work
All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind...

After 13 years in it industry and went to many on shore (Foreign) engagements one would think we have seen it all. But as it turns out, life can still surprise you.

No action from your side...@airtel_presence for improvement in airtel network. Always give false commitment but no action for issue resolution....

Team i'm totally fed up of your network in my home location hrbr, i'm not able to make any calls or data.
This is second time i'm writing complaint and tomorrow i'm going to port to other network.
Really very much fruststed can't write here my frustration here.

When i purchased an airtel sim (No.[protected]) in 2007, the validity waa puro 2034. Since 2007 i am using this sim continuously and never let the balance become 0. Today, even i have a balance of rs.39/- they stopped my service and my balance shown is rs.0. This is, i think, a great unjustice they did to me.
Kindly, look into the matter so that my airtel sim service may restore or atleast the balance amount of my sim may refund back...

Why Airtel company is forcing it's customers to force recharge every month, even though when sufficient balance is maintained?? They are forcing recharge for customers who are using ' full talk time ' recharge users, if not recharged they are going to deactivate our sim itseems.why this new rule? This is cheating by the #1cheating telecom company...

My airtel prepaid mobile no.is [protected]
I have recharged this mobile for Rs199/- (One hundred and ninety nine only) on[protected]unlimited pack ) and made the payment through paytm wallet. The payment was successful and the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet on 2.12.2018 itself. But this recharge is not reflected in my airtel mobile number-[protected].
Hence I have again tried through My artel app and recharged my mobile...

I am facing issue my Mobile Number [protected] (Punjab Circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier I was able to recharge my number normally but from last month i am getting recharge failed.
Incoming and outgoing of the number is barred now.

1. Unable to recharge from Airtel Wallet. Message that I get is ‘Invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working...

After changing from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid, I am unable to recharge my airtel sim through online. Made a complaint about this long ago but still not rectified. Tried reaching customer care executive through phone, no proper response from them either.
Now, i am also unable to port my sim from airtel to other mobile services as all my outgoing facilities have been suspended...

I have been using airtel for past 17 years. Last week, i got one message regarding outgoing calls expired and need to recharge for some plans, even i have main balance of rs. 340.00. Yesterday, i have received one more message as incoming calls will expire on 15/12/2018. And again received same information to recharge some plans as received before.

Hi, I've wrongly recharged an unknown number instead of the correct number that has to be recharged. So please transfer the recharge as soon as possible....

I am having prepaid mobile no. of Airtel and Trying to contact to customer service through email and calls to get last transaction receipt/bill done through google pay.
Continuously receiving the reply from customer service that it is not a registered mail ID whereas same is the registered one. They are providing some link. But it is also having some technical issue. After replying all these things no. Of times also, they are not taking...

I have submitted the documents to airtel office-angul-odisha for changing the cug (Corporate plan) to personal on 27.11.2018. But airtel staff at angul is delaying the issue of sim card saying the sim cards not available. It seems the airtel management is intentionally delaying as the airtel bill of cug is getting higher than normal prepaid services....
