On 12/11/2018 at about 11:30 am. The mobile handset is of samsung galaxy on 5 (Sam-g550fy gold - no. [protected]). I lost my mobile phone handset along with sim card no. [protected]. So kindly block the mobile no [protected]. And please send confirmation message of blocking on [protected].

I had changed from reliance to airtel a year back! 2 days back my mobile showed no tower for 12 hrs.. I complained to airtel show room... They said it might be a chip problem and they gave me a new sim with same no... Now i couldn't send or receive messages... As i reached and have free pack.. I couldn't receive messages.. Its making me awk even i couldn't receive sms.. Pls solve it... Showing error code 10...

I have made a complaint on 31st october and the reference number is 88358956. 13 days past still the issue has not been resolved. Since 1st of november i have been given 72 hours time frame in which airtel promises me to solve the issue. Three deadlines passed. Today i called and again i have been asked to wait. I never activated services of game world yet time to time money is being snatched from my number.
This has happened twice.
Today rs 35 got deducted from my number. I want the pack to be deactivated and my money to return back.

This is an earnest request from my side to you all to credit my account with the money that has been deducted from my account....

I just ported my mobile from other service provider to Airtel with unlimited calling pack of 495 Rs for 84 days. One day I tried to call somewhere for tracking my policy details. Suddenly airtel deducted 1rs/ minute money from my account and call automatically disconnected.

My outgoing service got expired and I have sufficient balance to make calls. They aseked me to dial *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity. Now I am not able to do any outgoing calls... I tried to call customer care numbers but that also not going.

Please help me to resolve this. I am outside the country...

Account information is said as invalid.

I have loaded money to wallet and i am not able to use it now. I have done such transactions earlier, and it has been successful, but this time mpin is invalid and account information too is not considered.

My outgoing service got expired and i have sufficient balance to make calls. They aseked me to dial *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so we recharged for 10rs without any guidance. Now i am not able to do any outgoing calls... I tried to call customer care from other network mnumbers but they are not answering my calls. Making me wait for 5 mins and disconnected without any response!

I have been using airtel from a very long time but of a sudden a message came from airtel stating that my out going service will stop onwards 6 nov 2018. I'm a old customer and I recharge my airtel number regularly. Still I got this message that my outgoing services will be stopped soon. I've read various complaints regarding this matter and even those people who got their number recharged, their services were stopped anyhow.
Is this a new way for airtel to loot people because it can't compete with jio anymore?

I contacted airtel for a new broadband connection. Airtel sales person asked me to pay for the required broadband plan, and i transferred inr 6007 online. Also paid inr 150 to him for further document processing.
After constant follow-up for 2 days, they finally told me that the promised network speed is not available at my area, and hence they cannot provide the connection.
