Airtel has been charging me rs.120 to rs.150 every single month since dec 26 2017 for 4 sms messages while i am in the usa just maintaining my phone number & not using it at all. Infact, i am not able to use my phone in the usa & have not received any sms for last 2 years.

I demand that you stop this fraud immediately & refund me my money for the past 10 months...

This morning (04.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
"thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade...

Recharged for ₹399 from airtel app
For 84 days data validity only 28 days data given...
I have recharged for 3rd time.. Earlier two times there wasn't any problem..
I contacted airtel customer care services they were also clue less...
I am getting cheated by airtel...
Who claim to be india's biggest mobile phone service provider...

I have recharged 65 rupees in myairtel app using hdfc net bank on[protected]. But amount deducted from bank not recharged. My number is [protected]. I dnt know where the exact issue. I am ritu sharma, student from damodaram sanjivayya national law university, gottivada, sabbavaram. We have a huge campus in which around 500-600 student stay and they are facing huge network issue with airtel as there are no network towers nearby, within or near the campus. I received message that your outgoing gonna be stopped on 29 Oct 2018 and Incoming on 13Nov 2018. To continue the services please recharge. I recharge my phone but now outgoing stopped. My dad's airtel prepaid mobile has 900 rs balance in it but his validity has expired today. I couldn't find a single plan that would extend his mobile numbers validity for another year. We have applied for a new broadband connection for our home at medavakkam, chennai. They asked us to pay money on the online and asked me to send the screenshot in a whatsapp number they said a person will call and come for installation.
