It's been 2days i am not able to make or receive calls. Yesterday i was able to make few calls and then today i am not at all able to make calls. What's wrong with this network. If you are not resolving it, i am going to complaint on consumer court.

Please resolve this issue.

I have made a prepaid recharge of Rs 448 for cell no [protected] on 8.58am on 08/09/2018 vide ref airt[protected] through net banking and the amount has been debited to my Indian Bank account.But the amount has not been reflected in the balance to my cell no [protected] so far....

I had applied for a broadband connection a few months ago and the airtel technician visited my house. They confirmed all my documentation and asked for installation fee that. I paid them and they said the connection would be done in the next 2 days. No thing happens and my money is not even refunded. When i call the customer care service, they hang up on me.

I am a airtel customer and i am getting to many issue o[censored]r network in my area in your open network site i have checked my area there you are showing the network and data is exellent but what i have experienced is your network in my area is very poor insted of having full network i can surf internet even i can't just even a google homepage the speed which you are providing is very poor i the the aircel 2g is better than your 4g network please...

I am not getting network coverage in my airtel 4g. I have swapped my sim card several times but this issue hasn't resolved. I even registered complaint to airtel customer care, they told this happened due to low signal in my area but i am getting full 4g network on my other airtel network. I am really pissed off by airtel customer support. They are good for nothing i guess. If my issue will not be resolved soon, i'll surely request airtel...

I never asked to upgrade my speed, my simple request was to provide me my agreed plan speed of 16mpbs. But you guys told that you will upgrade my speed to 100mpbs. Got call from you guys for fixing the appointment as well. But no one turned up to my place even after exclating my issue.

I have been facing a problem of no signal on my airtel prepaid number from the last two three days at my home a96 madhuban, delhi -92. I had already registered a complaint two days back but haven't found any difference or action taken about the problem. Since i am not able to get a signal enough to even get an otp it is becoming a serious problem for completing any transactions as well. This problem wasn't there few days...

We want to take other connection than airtel but the company is not ready to accept the request for the closing or shutting of the network... They keep on calling and asking for the bills... We have done that already and cleared all the previous bills... They are harassing us since so long... No one in the company is ready to listen:... Please do the needful... We dont want to get that connection anymore...

Due to my busy schedule i was unable to concentrate on my mobile bill and since i was free and check all my bills and letters.
I was surprised to see in airtel with other sms charges of lifestyle 5 to 6 times activation and each 30rs - 200rs has been charged. I am airtel prepaid user since year 2006 onwards. They give me 1.4 gb data/day, 100 sms /day, unlimited voice calls for rs 399 only for 70 days. At same plan price at rs 399 they gave benefits to another user for 84 days. Why this discrimination. I call at 198 they tell there is not any offer at your mobile number, offers totally depend on your usages. Please set right this issues. Thank you....

I have recharge Airtel number [protected] with 149 rupees through PAYTM date 3rd September 2018 at 10.22 AM.
I had contacted the Customer Care (198) to activate the recharge on 4th sept, he told me that we will activate after one day. Recharge is still not activated even today. please help me to avoid this kind of inconvenience....

Dear sir, opted for minimum broad bandplan. First month bill received for minimum broadband plan for rs. 376. Next month the plan is changed to other plan without my notice and received bill for rs. 530. When trying to contact customer care either no response or out of reach.
