Last year after a month battle to get my number ported from rcom to airtel. The airtel team in calcutta gave me a wrong sim card and this being a postpaid number all my bank accounts and details were/ still are linked to it.
I tried resolving the issue and they have billed me even for the period the number was inactive. This number is my business number. After various calls to all the heads and nodal offices they promised me to issue...

Dear sir,

I have received a threatening call on behalf of the airtel payment recovery with delhi no. [protected] and asking me to pay the dues of the no. Which i have closed, i have explained that when i have closed that no. And was not working for long time, why should i pay after that the person has started behaving rudely and started abusive language.

Even if you have dues, airtel doesn't have rights to behave...

Am using airtel prepaid[protected] and facing frequent poor network problems at my place for the last 5 days and am unable to make or receive calls, facing similar problem for last 6 months but since 7 days it is horrible and wants to complain but not getting any response, if this continue will migrate to other network

I recharged to a wrong airtel number and when i approached the customer care within few minutes after the recharge, they denied to take my request of changing it. Kindly help

We pay the installation charges on last wed, i. E. On 22nd august 2018. Installation charges are rs 500 and we paid it via online method. They said connection gonna up and running by last saturday and till now no technician, nothing visit our flat for connection. We tried to call them a lot of time, but they are ignoring our calls. Airtel's customer service is lot worst than i heard about. A company with that big of a name is actually hollow...

I want to highlight this issue regarding misleading and fraud sale of set top box by the airtel dth dealer. I have called airtel digital customer care at least 15 times in last couple of months but i haven't got any resolution. This email is my last hope. I have replaced my airtel sim on 27/08/2018 and the sim haven't yet been activated, I have enquired about the issue to both local store and customer care.. Both parties are asking me to enquire to the other.
I have called customer care yesterday they are telling me the sim is active and it might me the issue of sim card and to contact the store.

When i went to the store what they are telling is that it haven't been...

It is observed that an amount of rs.25/- & rs.5/- have been deducted from the main balance of mobile no [protected] due to activation of gamepind & spuulmovies without the consent of the consumer. The mobile is used by a layman who is not accustomed with the smart phone. Messages have been sent confirming the debits. The process is going on regularly. I have a portable hotspot of airtel with 4G data plan. At the time of buying they convince me for that I will get very good speed but now I haven't get proper speed I am getting speed of just 100 to 500 kbps and I try several time to complain but they respond very badly.
