Respected madam,
Am a customer of airtel but now am not using that mobile number due to signal problem. Now automatically company cut that sim. But now a days some one misuse my number. Am request to u i want details of current customer of that number. Ddtails like name and address of that customer..
[protected] this is the number of that sim. Plz hlp.....

I do not have airtel broadband connection, some one have mentioned my no has owner of it who is supposed to be "mr. Muniswamay" and he has not paid the respectives bills.
I get more than 5 times follow up calls, i have informed more than 100 times your calling person. They do not note that information and keep distrubing me.
Along with customer care calls and machine automated calls are directed to my phones....

Sir, I want2 know about my SIM card status, is it active or not? I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 6years plus. I recently was out of station for 11 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in my bank accounts. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number...

I am using airtel 4g, with 448 plan, internet is very very slow, its like 2g, can't able to browse properly. I called to customer care before a 10 and gave a complaint, but still not internet is not speed. Plzzz solve this issue.

While scraching voucher.. few digits damaged and caused numbers unreadable..
Kindly provide 16 digit secret no. to recover it please..

I am Prem spoke to your executive on[protected] at 06:12 PM when we received a call from +[protected] from Ms. Apsara. She asked me about the issues I have with Airtel and I responded that I had already informed your staff to disconnect. I said (by mistake) that I had sent an e-mail and I immediately said that I informed your people to disconnect when I spoke to them… I said I had lot of issues with the internet...

Bhojpuri videos are being activated in my phone without my consent. This has happened for the second tome now. This is really frustrating. I have lost Rs 170 by now. Also once there was this message saying 'online games have been activated' costing me Rs 30.

Please take this complaint into consideration and take the necessary action, otherwise I will be forced to take up extreme actions....

Dear sir, i am tinku sharma. I am an airtel user. At my home area for the biggest problem of the network for your airtel sim. They cannot be connected to the call, internet suffering. Daily i am facing this problem. I requested for you please solve my problem

I am User of [protected] from more than 12 years, in which 3 time lost it and reactivate it . I am using this no in vodaphone post paid but after closing this no it taken time to come back in its parent service provider.
I never want to lost it because this is my oldest no. When i asked vodaphone for activation of this no they replied me that this no has been transfered in Airtel. Regular feedback from store and customer care was not...

There is no signal strength at all in the office area.
Even to make calls it's difficult, there is no clarity in voice and not audible.
Data is something which will never work here.

Airtel states that it is the best service provider in india but it has such bad service here.

This is to bring on record that i (Customer id: [protected]) have been calling airtel customer care no.[protected] continuously asking for a technical engineer to visit for repair of my set top box.

The first complaint was raised on 23rd july'18 wherein it was confirmed that technical engineer shall visit on 28th july'18 (Saturday) around 9 am. No engineer turned up. I again called and asked for...
