I had recharge my mobile no [protected] on 3rd may 2018 with rs 50.00 it was already had some balance of around rs.20. After recharge i had shut down the mobile phone device till now. Today on 23rd july 2018 when i checked the balance it is showing rs 7.77 only. What a great service? Do they charge for switching off the mobile. First of all, i'd like to put this to your notice, that airtel has been playing with it's customer by simply activating services without the notice of the customer. Sadly for the past few days, a service called icon service has been deducting my balance. I tried every possible way to stop this service, however airtel is not giving me any option to stop this service.
Please look into this matter....

This network is so ### that for an otp you have to go outside of your house. You can't talk inside your house. If you want to talk walk for 500 meters to get the network. Forget the 4g. From last few weeks i have received 6 emails mentioning that my bill details has now been upgraded to ebill for online and easy access. It shows a number which i am not an owner of. Infact i have last used airtel number 10 years ago. Every time i recieve this email as mentioned in the email i forward it [protected]@in. Airtel.com and every time they respond as follows

My airtel set up box doesn't get any current supply. Even after i switch on the power supply, the set up box doesn't get turned on. So, the box doesn't start. And hence, there is no connection to the tv. This issues persists since 15 days and the the customer care people are not helping. I had taken international roaming of rs 149 as per which 1gb 3g/4g data was included for 28 days. However i have been charged rs 649 for every single day. Please clarify as 12, 940.79 bill even when i am on international roaming is not making any sense to me.

I took data plan "29 inr for 150mb 30days" a month ago.
Yesterday i got message that my plan renew automatic and 29 inr deducted from my account.
This happen without my consent. This morning same thing happen again.
So finally i got 300mb for 58 inr 30 days.
When i took that plan it's nowhere mention that it is auto renew every month.
I call customer care they give me a no. *129*000# to deactivate this auto-renewal...

I had lodged a complaint with Airtel on 11th July 2018 on the issue of nil / poor signal at my residence . My complaint was acknowledged vide reference number 86394562 and assured that the issue would be resolved within 3 days . Regret that till date no one has bothered to contact me . The signal strength remains very poor and I have to go out of my house to make or receive calls ....
