The internet is bloody slow. Literally goes down to 500 bytes per second. Bytes per second. I get much faster 2g internet speed on #ing bsnl.
And this only happens when i'm trying to download or upload files. When i'm not using any internet hungry apps, the speed spikes up to 200 kbps.
This is affecting my work very very adversely. Such # service. # all network. I swear if i lose a job it's because of this stupid...

I am unable to view channels after doing recharge of amount ₹357 on you people prescribed plan on 22nd june 2018. We people are crazy for fifa world cup but we are unable to view channels. How disheartening fact it is. And when i complained on same to customer care dept, first of all they are asking me to wait for 1 hr. After completing 1hr when it is not resolved, i have been asked to either recharge or to wait for 48hrs.

I am using Airtel postpaid connection past couple of years, I am facing some network issue and i visited Airtel gallery and changed my 4g SIM but still problem is not resolved I had raised a complaint but no one ready to resolve my problem worst service from airtel customer care and Gallery....

I had raised a porting request for my number from jio to airtel on 15/06/2018. I was ported out of jio on 21/06/2018 but services in airtel has not resumed till date i. E 24/06/2018. I have raised multiple complaints to airtel care and i always get the same reply of technical issue. I have even sent warning mails to airtel however of no use.

I have created a port request in airtel to change to other network and customer care person called me to enquire about the issue then ask to contact the nodal officer, i didn't ask them to cancel my port request but airtel cancelled my port request without any reason. This is like they are compelling customers to use airtel and i am paying my money don't i have right to choose my network?

I tried to see my offers on the official website of airtel. I entered my number and it showed me a offer of rupee 149 with unlimited calling, 100 sms per day and 1gb data per day. I went to the retailer he also saw the same offer and recharged my prepaid plan. A month ago, internet speed of airtel was pretty good. But since last month suddenly don't know why, the speed had dropped to the point where even sending a small message is a days work. It has become really frustrating can't send any messages or photos or even if someone sends me one it takes hours to download the content. The internet is very very slow. My airtel prepaid number from karnataka is not working since day before yesterday neither incoming nor outgoing but internet pack is working properly. I tried to call customer care 121, 198 and many more number but none of them working cannot call anyone from my airtel network. Actually i have put a unlimited pack of 99 on jun 19 2018 (Unlimited calls + 100 sms free per day + 1 gb net for one month) for my mobile number [protected]. And my main account balance on jun 19 2018 is 35 rupees. I raised a complaint under device claim insurance last week. And my claim was rejected with the reason. Saying the accidental slipping of phone from my hand is not a valid reason for claim. Saddest service by airtel.

Icon services automatically activated on my number [protected] and inr35 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end. I even don't know what the service is.
