My dth i'd is [protected]. For last two recharge in dth, the balance got credited to account or my tv channels came after 7/8 days.. Immediately after recharge, i called your customer care and they said recharge not done.. But later the balance get low within 15 days.. I have been using 2 airtel both mobiles are not reachable only on 4g enabled while others trying to call. Had changed new sim card for both handset and still nothing changed. Airtel customer service advice my handset problem but my both handset are iphone8 both of them worked ver well in singapore. I had applied for airtel broadband connection on 14th april 2018. However, the airtel is quite costly than any other broadband service and i was expecting good service from them.
