number not active even after a months follow up

I have a postpaid connection which is not active for almost a month now but they are making me pay money to activate it. Worst thing even after full payment even when i am not using. The connection is not active.

I am speaking to airtel 121 almost every single day and frustrated with their fake deadline with no resolution. How to reach the next level or teach them a lesson for these crazy support....

prepaid international not working

I bought an international roaming pack for the usa for inr 2999 for my prepaid number [protected] which is supposed to give me call, sms and data privileges. However i am unable to make any outgoing calls and my data is not working. This puts me in a nightmarish position while roaming internationally as i can't call a cab or call someone in case of an emergency. There is no proper channel to call a number which i could find on your website...

change of package to an higher cost package

I ordered an airtel dth connection online using their website only and i ordered a package which showed 301 sd channels and 33 hd channels on 1/5/2018. I got a phone call and i confirmed the said package. The local distributor came and installed the product on 2/5/18 and said it will be activated within half an hour and took rs 4100 and went. no refund done

Hi,
This is very disappointing or unsatisfactory response from airtel.
I recharged my number via airtel website for 450 rs on 10th april 2018. Recharge was unsuccessful but amount got deducted. I had called customer care 3-4 times regarding refund of amount, they keep on telling dates of refund but at the end there is no refund done till date.
So shameful that you keep on cheating your customers. If this continues no...

airtel digital tv late payment fee charged for pre paid service

Yesterday my subscription ended and today 5thMay2018 my account got suspended.Now I am being asked to pay Rs.15 for suspension charges. I believe this is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call. Please look into it....

Im from mangalore. I filed a complaint abt my broadband on may 2nd cz its not working properly. And its been 3 days now, no one came. I called at least 2-3 times everyday to know abt my current request status. The staff always gave the same answer and gave me vague answer. call center etiquette

I recently received a call from your calls center proposing a plan. On reverting that i was really busy and not interested since i am not a consumer of the telecom service, the caller was really rude. He hung up the call without waiting for a reply. As a previous consumer of airtel, this call has reminded me about why i even changed the service in the first place. [protected] was the number through which i received the call....

last 2 day my sim service stopped without any reason.

I converted no.in postpaid to prepaid last month aprrox 25 april 2018... Also i got new sim. Nov last 2 days network available in new sim but services are totally stop... Likes in/out going sms and data.
I am so tried to compaint again this issue but no one care about this please resolve my issue aeap... Otherwise i will definitely complaint to higher authorities......

wrong broadband plan

I bought a new airtel broadband connection. [protected]_kk is the id. I was promised and also given a pamphlet of 40mbps connection. I was charged inr 6018 including gst (Inr 5100 excluding gst) for 6 months for the 999 plan. The plan included 100gb per month at 40mbps and 750gb bonus data upfront. auto balance deduction and refund

Sir, yesterday i had recharged my number two times, 3 months unlimited pack of 498 and talk time of another 20 rupees and this morning i saw that i have received a message at 1: 22 in the night, that my balance is cut 9 rupees taxes 35 mb given to me man did not do anything like this and when i get 1.4 gbs per day, by myself, you have given meb money by the people who gave me the money, keep that mb with you and give me my money return...

airtel dth account not activated after paying money

I have recharged my airtel dth acc. No.[protected] on 27/04/2018 with rs.300 via rechargeitnow. But acc not activated. One of airtel executive said me to recharge additional rs.165/- i done it on airtel website. But still problem arises. Then i contacted customer care. About 12 times. Always they said that they have done needful. After 9 days still problem arises. Before 4 days they said that they have taking complaint and will send a engineer....

I have recharged rs. 100/ - on 16th april 2018, and activate rs. 2.20 per day package but i found my balance is nil on 5th of may 2018... While talking with customer care they told you have activated some channel in 18th december 2017, and so deducted n adjusted... I have not activated any channel in december 18th 2017 and not seen so need reversal of my auto adjusted amount for same..,. If automatic activated without recharge then i never...

recharge not done but amount deducted

Hi,

I tried recharging my airtel prepaid number this morning for rs. 449 through my banking app. The amount was deducted from my account but i didn't receive any recharge. I usually recharge using my banking app and it happens within few minutes. I need the recharge asap or at least refund. I'm not able to contact airtel customer care as well since there are various options to choose from when i call the customer care number...

connecting problem

deduction in amount

Respected concern,
My no. Is [protected], my balance was 106.20 inr. Today at 9:44 am suddenly i got sms that hungama services from super store automatically updated on my no. And amount 99 inr has been deducted from my balance now balance is 7.20 inr.
For your kind info i didn't use my cell since 9:00 am so how can your company cut my amount while i didn't ask for any service.
So please return my amount in my balance...

I am complaining about network issues

The place where i live have no network. Can't call to others, even if they call i am unable to understand what they speak. I have already reported thrice to them and got no response in return. Even if i got signals in other places voice clarity is worst compared to other networks and coming to data it really do sucks, i am using 4g but i dnt even have 2g speed...

recharge refund, double recharge

I have recharged my no with 399. Previously i had recharged with 499 around ten days back. So as my previous recharge (499) is still active. The recharge which i did today is not reflecting.
