Dear team, I was worked with Bharti during year 2013 to 2016 . I need my Experience certificate/ Relieving letter from bharti but nobody responding .from last year i was tried for letter from local HR office but still no response. Am writing you after getting tierd of continious emails to Airtel customer support and complaints.
I've migrated my Airtel Postpaid connection to prepaid yesterday and It's been almost more than 26 Hours, My Prepaid SIM has not been activated and I lost all my incoming calls.
I've raised all the complaints and mentioned all my importance o[censored]rgency, though I didn't get any resolution till now.

Their was recharge option of 199 rs to activate a plan and mistakenly i recharged it for 198 and another plan got activated
I called the customer care and asked them to refund it they denied
Also when i asked them to activate it by deducting 1 rs from my main balance they said no
The manager also said their is no option

I have raised a request for plan change on 21st april. Order id: 61511738 under which i wanted to opt for plan of 799/- monthly rental. For the same i also requested technical help on changing the modem to an upgraded one.

The recharge done through any digital medium is throwing an error. Even the store people are not aware of why the transaction is being failed. There is even a lot of problem with the network. All of sudden you don't know about why there is no network on your phone and the customer care people reply by saying that there is a 5G line work which is going on please switch on to 3G and work on it. In line with many other who have complained here, airtel has activated some service called whatsmob and deducted rs150 without my consent.
How can a company like airtel do daylight robbery of customers.
Would one look on if someone snatches 150 from you? Moreover the subscription is recurring. This arrogance from airtel needs to be challenged legally...
