no signal in duplicate sim

It's been more than 20 days since i got a duplicate sim in replacement of my old sim which was lost.
Since then, i have not got any network connection in my sim. Both the airtel customer support and official stores are unable to solve it. They say that sim is already activated from our side.
I have been missing many important tasks and details because of this issue.
It's disappointing to have such unfaithful service...

What a way to loot your customers, after jio took your market, you started being a pain in wrong place, looting your customers.

I was good with vodaphone, i am going to regret this my life time, that i ported my no. From vodaphone to airtel

I was offered 300/m pack, as i was using 355/m by vodaphone.
On porting, got to know it was a series of lies, a deception, from 300 to 499/m.

I never activated services of game arena yet time to time money is being snatched from my number.
This has happened thrice.
Today rs 49 and rs 35 got deducted from my number. I want the pack to be deactivated and my money to return back.

whatsmob service activated without my knowledge

Worst company ever. Ive been with airtel for over 10 yrs and they are mocking people? Activated servixes without me even knowing i didnt even apply and tgey activated whaysmob service on my number with txn id n[protected], 22apr18 10:57. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. The hell. And when i call customer service they just keep on stupid loop no direct method to call?
I want my money back also remove tge service...

abuse by customer

There are two different number who is used by your officer to call to me and abused me. The number is as [protected]and[protected]. This show that how airtel is well-known reputed company. These type of attitude by your customers service provider is really very bed towards people. This may harm the airtel company. airtel dth connection problem

I have raised a complaint with airtel for my dth - [protected] on 17th april 2018 because there was no connection since 17th evening after a wind storm.

no internet access

I have already registered my complaint for limited internet access on my prepaid 4g connection and followed the instructions given by the service executive to get proper coverage and internet access but still facing the same issue from past 10 days. unable to use internet from last 7 days

Me to be a lucky customer of not providing the services properly. I have written 5 emails within a week for the same internet issue. I am not able to use internet for a very long time. not able to recharge my airtel no9461262314

I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was change from postpaid to prepaid on 12th april 2018. I have started facing this issue for 10 days now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

wrong recharge benefit because of wrong information displayed on dialling *121*51#

On 21april 2018, i checked tariff plan for reducing call rate to united states. I checked that on my number [protected] by dialling *121*51#, then reply to 3-2-4, and it showed rc28 for making call rate rs1.99/m to usa and canada. But when i recharged with rs28, wrong plan got activated. And airtel is denying that it's system is showing wrong information on dialling it's patent ussd code that is mentioned above.

unable to port from aircel to airtel

I want to port my aircel number [protected] to airtel. I did it twice already but the porting is not successful. Can you please look into this problem or atleast let us know the reason for the porting failure so that i can atleast port into some other network. two sim card with same mobile number

Please be informed that i have purchased a sim card on my wife name from ak communication, mahavir enclave, new delhi on 21.04.2018. As informed by shopkeeper it will be activated in 30 minutes, i have saved the airtel number to check it's activation and found that the number is already activated to other person.
