I am being overcharged on my prepaid calls.. For a call per minute, I'm being charged more than a rupee ! This is ridiculous ! Airtel, you'll owe me an explanation as to why am I being overcharged ? If this continues, I'm going to have to discontinue with Airtel services and switche to another mobile network ....

Actually i'm currently using airtel prepaid sim and it's currently in 448/- plan. Unlimited calls, unlimited sms, 1.4 gb/day. Now the issue is i couldn't see live tv on hotstar app, which redirects automatically from airtel tv app. It displays a message saying it is accessable only on airtel network (I'm using airtel sim only for internet). Please check the above issue and let me know as soon as possible....

Please note that we are using your land line connection from very long time but we are satisfied the bill raised by us as we are not using broad band facilities on this number even than my monthly bills are coming on higher side

First Airtel Fraudently opened digital bank account on number [protected],
then they freezed my account, due to which i am not able to perform any debit transactions from this account.

Hi, I have a Airtel postpaid sim. I was trying to dial 000 800 xxx xxxx that allows connecting to my company conference call. But I am not able to mak ethat call, its saying -" dialled number does not exist ". Contrastingly, my collegue too has a Airtel mobile. He has no problem connecting to the call.
Question: Is there any specific service for this? Please let me know how to resolve this issue....

Airtel has charged me for an unknown VAT service (HOUSEOFMODELS). The service has been activated in my number without my concern. I even don't know what it was. I have lost 75 Rs on this.

Their standard reply would be that we have clicked something but we don't.

Hi team... I have airtel hotspot connection with me... Sometimes the network is very good and sometimes not. Last night i connected to my laptop, it was showing “no network, connected”. I have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal till eom - jan, 2016. But airtel pushed me to go vfibre, first they promised that you get 24 mbps speed in heart of bangalore.

My number is not working in the usa for anything sms, incoming and outgoing. Please let me know how to get it activated. My number is valid and was bought less than 6 months and brought to usa with the intent o[censored]sing in international roaming for incoming and outgoing calls and messages. It says sim is not provisioned. It used to work initially when i came to the us. Recharge is also returned and not successful.

Airtel is the most fraudulent company in india. Every company knows by the services and product. Airtel customer care service is very poor and as per my case, all customer care are not doing there duty honestly. I had many discussion in my company also about this type of culture. This culture starts from top to bottom. If company senior employees are not doing job seriously/honestly then i am 100% sure it will affect those company juniors...

The executive, vivek, who attended the call, isn't only purely trained but rude and out and out has a bad behaviour. As per my plan 699, i get 8 gb per month and 2 gb per day.
