I have done one transaction at 06th march 2018 of rs 14, 000 from airtel payement bank upi app actually the transaction held and balance deducted but not credited in recipient’s accounti. I have already reported there and i got the status like payment is transfered but the disputed: resolved - credited into payee's account. could not send messages

My name is sonu kumar. Mobile no [protected]. I could not send any messages to any one. Plz solve the issue. These problem eruppted for past 5days. There is no problem with setting as i could my message but could not send it.. U have even recharge sms pack worth 34 but it was not working. I have recharge my airtel sim with 448 pack and i am also entitled to send messages but couldn't do so.

airtel 4g/I'm complaining that my net doesn't run on the handset

Dear sir,
I have recharge net pack 1gb per day, but can't use it... I want to inform you that i can't use single mb of 1 gb. I'm using 4g handset "samsung j2 pro" but the custo meri support told me that your handset is not supportable... And refuse to help...
I'm so disappointed of your service.
Because i have use "jio" in my handset and always supportable with and got 4g speed.

billing and plan change issue

It has become the worst network. From last two months they are charging me wrong bill and without any intimation they have stopped my outgoing. After visiting to the airtel store they have started the services and told me they will change my plan from family to individual but nothing happened as such. They have changed my plan to individual basic and stopped my internet services and now no plan can be changed on my phone as plan can be changed...

my internet slow speed

additional charges for gemini tv separately

Hello,

I am using airtel digital connection with Account [protected]-001. In october I have updated my package to 1 year HD which includes all the channels.

Recently I have noticed that I was charged 45 INR per month for Gemini HD separately from the month of October. I called customer care on 4th of March 2018 and informed the same. They said very sorry for the inconvenience and mentioned some package activated...

I had raised a request with airtel for porting from jio to airtel. My old sim stopped working 10 hours ago and my new sim (Airtel sim) doesnt seem to be working. I am missing a lot of calls and feeling very helpless and harrassed as both my sims have stopped working and i dont have access to my number.

my airtel sim is not working after porting it

I ported my sim from tata docomo to airtel on 2nd march 2018. The sim was working for a while but now it's been 4 days and it's not at all working. The guy who did the porting told me that it will take upto 5-7 days for the new sim to get activated but why is it taking so long. regarding network signal

Due to ongoing problems with aircel service provider i ported my aircel sim to airtel. After porting my number from aircel to airtel after two my aircel sim gets deactivated and till now my airtel sim showing no signal and i dont know whether my airtel sim gets activated or not. problem in internet ignored by customer care people

The speed of internet is not good through out the day except at certain times. I have a plan purchased of 4G services. Customer care people say me that everything is ok from our side but speed of internet remains slow at many of times.
This is from about a Month ago and i contacted regarding this many times in customer care but help was not good....

This is to inform that "gamepind service" is automatically being activated in my cell today morning which led to the deduction of rs.30 from my balance. I have never activated this service. I don't know how the service got activated automatically. Please take necessary steps. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately. unable to send money from airtel bank

no new connection activation

I have ported from aircel to airtel on 2/3/18. And my aircel sim is deactivated on 5/03/2018. But still airtel is not yet activated. It doesn't showing a network. Since that is my official number, i was in trouble. I would missed many important calls because of this issue. It is very urgent.
No out going or incoming calls. So pls resolve this as soon as possible....
