I have raised complaints thrice however airtel is not doing any thing and your care executives are are not helpfull they keep asking the same questions. They not even trying to help. My airtel mobile number was not using from 9.10.2017 to 29.1.2018.. As i am out of station. I recharged it on 31.01.2018. Rs.399.. I got the message saying that recharge successful. On 13 feb. 2018 i needed additional 1 gb 4g data for my airtel no. [protected] so i recharged with 53rs. Internet data topup validity 1 day. But, did not receive it in my account. I am using airtel postpaid. Iam not getting proper network, many of the tym ppl tel that my mobile is not rechable and call gets disconnected in middle.
