I upgrade my sim to 4g. I am not getting this 4g facility. Now system is showing 2g. I am not satisfy your service. So i want to switch other service provider. Found it today (28/12/2017), deduction of amount rs 35 from balance for some vas called whatsmob which i never activated. Than i deactivated it and called customer care and requested and then enquired, but they have no idea and tried to tell me that they are deducting this amount from my balance for some pages i might have visited on google as pop up and accepted, which i didn't do and even don't know when the services got activated. Billing is always high than the opted plan.
Pon checking the bill in details i always find that cug call minutes are included in the local call minutes whereas the cug minutes are free.
Sometimes additiona internet charges are added (Once they had charged 580 rs in addition). Each time we need to call airtel and clarify the bill deatils for whch they give petty reasons that there is a technical glitch.

I recently converted my airtel connection to prepaid from postpaid, thereafter i am not able to recharge online.

I tried calling customer care many times, they don't respond to my calls. Initially my call used to get connected to airtel postpaid staff, they told it isn't their concern and told me to speak with prepaid staff (Which is not happening, since my call is not going to prepaid staff).

On the morning of 26th december 2017, i planned to recharge with the plan of 448 (Unlimited package), i already had balance of rs/- 50 in my airtel wallet.
So loading with another 400 will help me to recharge the pack.

To do it i loaded 400 rs the wallet through debit card mode and first few times the transaction has been failed. After a few tries i fed-up and decided to do the recharge later. But a few minutes later...

My airtel dish tv id no. [protected], txn no.[protected] on pos 81803286 dtd. 28.12.2017 at 8.02 am.
I have recharged the said dish tv id for rs. 200/- and my bank account was debited for the said amount. Very sorry to say that an error message was delivered and my dish tv recharge was not successful. My set top box was on during recharge.
I will be thankful if you refund the amount of rs.200/- in my account...

I've migrated from postpaid to prepaid connection recently after i got vexed with the poor signal strength, lack of transparency in billing, intermittent loss of data connectivity among many other things.

After several rounds of talks and negotiations, i finally succeeded in getting prepaid sim. The real problem started here, when i swapped my post-paid sim card with prepaid sim card after loosing signal on the former one....

Since 3months I am getting unstable data connection.before 3 months I used to get data at speed of 1MB/s .now I am not able to get even 50KB/s also I have given many complaints but not solved.I have also attached the screen shot of airtel open network result.I am not only the problem facer many are facing the same issue.

On 25.11.2017 the airtel had charged Rs.125.00 lacs for 30 days choosing NEXGTV service, which was not requested by me. Trans ID- N[protected] . It has been 6 days (22/12/17) since my internet has suddenly stopped working. I have called the customer care at lease 6 times and they have absolutely no idea what to do. They repeatedly tell me the same set of instructions about my sim settings, which obviously have not worked. Then they asked me to get a new sim.

Going to airtel outlet and requesting them to close this bank account created in my cell number did not help much.
