Hi one of my friends ported from airtel to idea and now airtel has blocked his incomming calls from all airtel users, means on his idea number no airtel users are able to call him, airtel i pitu you for such a worst act, before we take this matter to court i am requesting you humble ly to unblock my friends number so that he is able to receive calls from airtel customer. I want to bring it to your notice about the arrogant and care free attitude / approach by airtel. I am the customer of airtel with mobile (Data card) no [protected]. Till recently i also had another number [protected] with airtel, which i have ported out due to bad network and no resolution by airtel for over 7 months.

After my port out of [protected] out of airtel, i got calls from their customer care...

As reported in the media airtel has opened airtel bank accounts without the consent of airtel users in the process of linking aadhar to the airtel mobile number. I am one of the victims and am in the process of closing the airtel bank account. I wish to bring the following to your attention:

I lost my mobile phone on 16.12 2017 and i had done a general diary with the police station. With these i went to the airtel office on domlur road branch bangalore to request a duplicate sim card. Very bad service from airtel. Everytime tried to connect with 4g speed but connectivity is so bad that it's shows 2g speed. Several times launched a complaint against service but nothing is happening.. Worst service from airtel nothing is happening with the complaint well there is no option have to port from airtel to different service provider.

I did recharge of 198 pack on 10 dec 2017 which gives 1gb/day for 28 days. I came to know about the offer on my airtel app account. After recharge i got only 2.6 gb per 28 days. I was shocked and called to cc, the person spoke that informed that offer is available and will be activated within 4 hours, still i have not get the offer. I called cc again but no response from them. I spoke to two supervisors, no one helped me and not showed interest...

This is quite ridiculous and strange what i am facing from airtel during last 2 months or so
Whenever i make a call to any number
It speaks that "number you are trying to reach is invalid"
What is this nonsense
I have to cut that and make it again
It happens with me no of times i make a call to anyone first time in a day
Is that fair???
Please make something sensible statement on this

We recharged online 1800 and we requested one south channel hd package to activate in airtel digital tv but they active airtel infinity package without customer concern. I called 6 times to call center but no resolution provided.

Airtel service taking complaint and closing without customer concern after if we call to customer care then they are eslating to other department but no resolution for the same...

I reached the airtel store - opposite to hira sweets, near laxmi nagar, delhi - 110092 on 19/12/2017, to get a connection of postpaid of my existing number [protected].
All the documentation was done at the same time in between 8 pm - 8:30 pm indian standard time. I also shared my concern for my number activation within 24 hrs as i have urgent things to do on this number and i was assured that a verification office will come next day...

On 18th dec 2017 a person named sudarshan ([protected]) came to my house and collected pan card copy, house agreement copy and asked me to pay 2829 rs as advance rental. My cef number is 8059579. Till now installation is not done. The person is disconnecting my call. Payment transaction id is [protected].

I am asking them for network solution since long time and want help for at least low network so i can call anyone i want and asking for data related help but they are just making me fool and giving me just a date and date... But now no one is taking me serious for my complaints.. Now its my billing date is coming now but why i pay any amount if i am not using any of its service properly......

I lost my phone on 14/12/2017 and since then i am calling airtel customer care to block my sim since then i am trying but it always says number does not exist please check the number u have dialed. I have sent a request to update the address of our company since 25.09.17 and till now not received any reply from airtel. Till now address is not updated. When i call customer care, they inform me to email enteprise which i have one 100 time but there is not reply as such since last two month.
