Refund not initiated even after products were picked - COM[protected]

Even after atleast 50 email follow ups and 20 calls to Ajio, my above complaint is not resolved. It was raised by me on 7th JUne.

Courier guy took products from me, when he was only supposed to pick only 3 items.
The excess 3 products that courier guy took along with him, were never refunded by AJIO. Now it has been a month almost and...

and received the wrong product against the same.
Ajio is denying for refund or delivering the correct product.

I have ordered the "Cantabil Mens Shirts" and received the Cantabil girls Nikker.

Request you to please help me to get the refund amount of 1768/-....

I ordered the Buda jeans joggers from AJio on May 18th. The thing I ordered was black, but when I received it, it was dark green. So I immediately requested the return of the product. When I file a return request because I received the incorrect goods, Ajio executives respond that the proper item was dispatched....
