About 4 weeks after i purchased my alcatel phone, it broke. I shipped it to customer service. I did not receive any confirmation of the recipt of my phone. When i called in i was told it would be 5-10 working days to look at it and it would be repaired or replaced at their discretion and that i would not be notified, the phone would just show up at my house. About 15 days later, a new phone showed up at my house but is unusable as it is a prepaid model, not a post paid model. I called alcatel and was told that i should have been notified initially that they only supply pre-paid models and that my phone should have been fixed by sprint not them. It is 5 weeks later and alcatel is now asking me for the mei number off the phone i sent into them 10 weeks ago. This is by far the worst customer service i have ever received and i will never buy this product again. I had to get another phone as i couldn't be without a phone for 10 weeks.
