Hi, i have purchased amron invertor in feb 2023, before that i was using another invertor. after purchasing this amron invertor i called amron customer service and file a complaint because it was not working properly. some one name Vivek gupta from field, he called me at night around 8.00 pm and advised to do this and that for long time, after my many request he came and told that so and so problem and also advised to change the house wiring, while before that my other invertor was working properly. should i change the house wiring because of this new invertor????. i kept it and again install old invertor and till now i was using, but just i trying to install this new one again and facing same issues, i changed wire from main board and now machine is working, but now problem is that charging LED is always blinking. i called again to customer service and file a complaint, again vivek called us and trying to resolve this query on phone not on customer place. He is always trying to resolve the query on phone not on customer place.

I purchased it in dec 2022 and 7 months only used (warranty period given is 2 years) and not going into inverter supply mode (yellow bulb glowing) even regular power supply is there (with regular power supply, only green bulb should glow on amaron inverter device); and now glowing red bulb with big and continuos beep sound - disconnected the power supply cord to this amaron inverter and using direct power = now this amaron inverter became a show piece only.
