My mom got admitted on 18th Jan and till now no proper line of treatment has been shared to.insurance. The nursing staff dont attend, respond and there is no duty dr available . All heart medicines were stopped for LP test day before and till now it is not renewed. My mom was made to starve for 20 hrs saying shoulder surgery yesterday and we got to know at 7.45 pm that surgery is cancelled after we followed up desperately with various people. Dr at 4.30 pm when I contacted yesterday said all line of treatment already shared to insurance and discharge is planned today evening. This is first time in 30 years for 7 days my mom not been given proper line of treatment by dr to insurance and surgery cancelled without informing us . She was suffering from heel pain for last 3 days and they said they will send a dermatlogoist eho also never came. Nurse is saying we never got information to continue heart medicines, that surgery has to be conducted. We only called everyone and said pls plan food for her atleast in the night. This also was not coordinated. Whole night my mom was suffering from pain and she is bed ridden. The duty manager is not picking up the phone the q ward is not picking up the phone. Yesterday whole day and previous night was made to starve and no surgery conducted no dr visited her for heel pain we dont know what is planned today. Even when she had bypass surgery she was diacharged in 7 days. My mom is tortured
