Order placed on 08.06.2021.expected date of delivery was 09.06.2021.
But not received the product till today 13.05.2021. Made 56 calls to customer care, not even one call was attended.
Mailed them, no reply for any mail. Worst customer service.
On tracking, it shows that product will be delivered on 16.06.2021. Which is 7 days delay from the original date of delivery. But no explanation given for this.
No compensation will be given it seems. Waste of money waste of my time. Was this information helpful? |
