I have ordered some essential items yesterday through BIG BAZAAR APP. As there was NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION so I had to choose ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD (UPI). The payment got deducted from my account but on Big Bazaar App they showed "Payment Awaiting", later on ORDER GOT CANCELLED.
~They DO NOT have a valid Customer Care Number in operation.
~They DO NOT have appropriate problem resolution system.
~Their app DOES NOT...

On 15th August 2021, I went to the Big Bazaar and bought some groceries that included a Horlicks. The store was filled with people and the cashier billed in hurry. I rushed back home and later found that was billed twice for a the Horlicks.

Since then I have been trying to reach them and nobody responds.

My delivery(04.08.2021) got failed & i was assured refund via sms(screen shot attached),
But it's been days still didn't receive any refund...so let me know what's the cause of delay.

Whenever i call they just say: u will get ur refund in 24hrs but that 24...

I added some amount into future pay wallet through future retail limited. Money got deducted from my account but didn't get added to my future pay wallet plz look into the matter...

I have ordered fre products from big bazaar on 12th August and it's expected delivery date was 13th August, 2021. Its been more than 3 days and I still haven't recieved my order. Neither are they replying to any mails nor picking the calls. I have also paid for my order and I am tired of waiting.
Either you refund my money or deliver my product as soon as possible....

We buy india gate basmati mogra rice 5 kg and the mrp price is ₹305 and after giving offers they sell at ₹ 250 but after billing they charged ₹319 that's is 70 rs more than offer price. This is not the first time they are doing this to coustmers.
If they are charging₹70 rupees more than the offer price from one customer than imgaine their black income for a day....

I was online order with Big Bazar (Orderly Bazar, Varanasi) of Rs. 2418.02/- with order no[protected] . As per Big Bazar offer, we got 3kg free sugar on order above Rs 2000/- but Big Bazar (Orderly Bazar, Varanasi) not delivered my free 03 kg free sugar. I have lodge many complaint to bigbazar through call on customer care/service but my issues is still pending. From 02 Aug'21 to 7th Aug'21, They told that your sugar will be delivered today...

I have ordered study table on 21 July 2021 and the delivery date is 30 July 2021. I could see the status is still payment confirmed. Shipment is not started yet. God knows when delivery will happen. Frustrated with Hometown. I have called and emailed multiple times, but that's if no use.

Hi, I have placed order on Big Bazaar on 21-Jul-2021 with Order ID:[protected]. My bill amount was ₹ 766.00. As per offer I am eligible to get 1 kg sugar free with the order but I have not received it yet. I have placed online complain on Big Bazaar site but that was not addressed . I have called call center and enquired about my online complains but they told no complain was locked and then they took my complain and logged in their system...

Please help me, I keep getting unwanted sms from bigbazaar and my number is : [protected]

They keep harassing me by sending message and I am not happy,

Please help by ensuring they have a strong policy and not harass not only me

My Big Bazaar Profit Club amount also showing expired due non usage in COVID-19
I was ordering online from Big Bazaar in which no benefit of the Profit Club card (no.[protected]) was given to me and i had paid full amount of Rs 10, 000 prepaid for almost 1.5 years. In between when merger of Big Bazaar and Reliance the stock was virtually nil at all the stores of big bazaar for almost 6 plus months so i could not made any purchases....

I ordered a few things from Forum Mart Big Bazaar of amount 664 INR. Its been 3 days and the amount has still not been refunded. I tried the payment first but it failed twice but then suddenly when I checked my bank balance the amount was debited. Pls help me get a refund as fast as possible.
Payment was done through Future Pay....

As per their current offer of instant credit of 1100 on putting 10000 in futurepay wallet, I deposited 10000 to this wallet.
10000 is debited from my account promptly but not credited to wallet.
Could not purchase the items also.
Want to sue bigbazaar for fraud and mental, emotional, physical and financial inconvenience....

This is in regards to the online order which I have placed with Home town having order no.[protected].
