I ordered three Samsung Galaxy J7 SM-J700F (Gold) from BIG2SALE web site and i payed the money through credit card Amount: 21, 395/-, after that i didn't received any confirmation mail from this site. I called so many time to customer care number but not answering & some time it Busy. I mailed to customer care but there is no any response.
1. Order no: 602265, Dated: 11.02.2016, amount Rs.14, 197/-
2. Order no: 602269, Dated: 11.02.2016, amount Rs. 7, 198/-
Total Amount Rs. 21, 395/- My email id: [protected]@gmail.com.
So, I request to refund my money from Big2sale web site. Kindly Please resolve my problem and take a serious action on BIG2SALE.
