[Resolved] Busindia.com — Refund my amount ticket not valid due to wrong trip code

Hi,
I have booked a ticket on 19/12/2014 at 9.14.09 please see the attached proof. But when i reported i found that my PNR number(T8092724) was not listed in the passengers list for the seat number 29.
But for the same 29th seat an another passenger named Mohaidheen (PNR no T8096928) was listed in the passengers list. (proof attached in the same image).
The conductor didn't allow me to travel with my ticket and i took a new ticket by again paying Rs.345 (proof attached in the same image).
So the problem seems to be your website booking system, as it assigned wrong trip code to my ticket.
The correct trip code is 1930PLNCHE.
The wrong trip code is 1930CHEPLN.(my ticket) (proof attached in the same image).
The total Loss due to this was my Eticket charge of Rs.378. (booked through busindia website proof attached in the same image)
Please refund my ticket charges Rs.378 to my HDFC credit card (Card No. : [protected] ) or to my HDFC bank account (Savings Account No.: [protected], KOTTIVAKKAM-CHENNAI).

Problem has resolved they replied within 30 min in my ticket in their website customer support page( http://www.busindia.com/helpdesk/index.php ) and got the amount refund after 4 to 5 days.
