i have ordered a nokia asha 305 from buytheprice.com...and i have recieved the handset on 10-09-12..but after opening the product...the product was damaged....the site is not taking back the product,,,,and nokia care is saying you have recieved a damaged handset(no warrenty in case)....please help to solve this issue....the site team is responsible for this...as the website is giving 30 day replacement gurentee but they are not replacing...
