I ordered a Croma Portable AC on May 21, 2023 at Croma Phoenix Mall Chennai. Since they didn’t have the stock, they delivered to me from Pune on Thursday May 25, 2023.
Then after delivery, I didn’t receive any calls from Croma for installation. There is no use in calling Croma customer care since they are creating just requests and asking me to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours they are closing the request without proper reason.br...

I have purchased a bluestar air conditioner on 24th may 2023, it was supposed to be deliver on 26th of may 2023, The customer care is helpless, they can't even track the current location of the product, and they are not providing any expected delivery date, simply asking me to wait for 48 hours. pls help me to get it delivered as soon possible, i am tired of calling customer care for nothing.

I bought a 'Blue Star Aura (DA60PMC) Desert Cooler 60 Liters' air cooler from croma on 19th May 2023. It was delivered in the evening of 20th May, and stopped working the next day.
Without any delay i registered the complaint on 21st may, specifying that the product is unreliable (defaulted in just ~4 hours of operation), and therefore i requested for 'Return and refund' in the customer care.

I have ordered AC from croma site with order number[protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 15th june but till this date it is not delivered. When i raised complaint C[protected] they marked product as delivered. I am calling them every day and they are saying i will get update in 48 hour, but till this day i did not get any update...

Instalation date : 28 Feb 23
There was a slight water leakage starting from 28th march onwards followed by a full blown water leakage on 6th April.
1st complain lodged: voltas complaint no [protected]
Technician came fixed the leakage. 10 15 min after the technician left the ac falls off its support and hangs...

I purchased a VOLTAS INV/AC 1.5T 183V MDAZQ 4ADJ 3S
invoice no SLEC384419 from croma on the 15 feb 23. Installation was done by the voltas technician on Feb 28th. March 25th onwards it started leaking a little everyday. April 6TH had a full blown leak with water spraying every where.
1 st complaint was filed after which the technician came on the 10th repaired it.

I have installed my croma 1 ton ac crom INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S by croma technician dated 31st Januray vide complain no-SR ID :BAC310123FS00168. After 2 months its occurs cooling problem. As a result i had to raise another complain vide no-SR ID :BAC280323FS02653. After visiting of technician told us that they did not install AC properly so all gases leaked, and they tightened the pipe and refill the gas. But Same problem occur after...
