I purchased Pegion ESS NSTICK COOKWARE SET on 08th July 2023. While purchasing, i asked a sales woman that whether is induction based or not, she told it has induction base. Then after putting it on my Induction, i came to know that it does not have induction base. So on the same day i visited the Store to exchange or return it. First, the man in Customer care counter asked for the product, i gave the product to him, he opened the product, checked it and asked two of his senior whether to exchange the product or not. He also asked me to wait. I did wait for a while, then another guy from your Store came to me and told me to wait for 2-3 days as they need to ask some higher authority regarding this.i told its okay and requested him to give a receipt that he has received the product that to be exchanged. Then he told that he can not give the receiving of the product and ask me to take the product back and wait for 2-3 days to know only whether the product can not be exchanged or not. Then i talked to the Store Manager Mr.Prakash Tamta about this and requested him that i am ready to wait, but please provide me the receiving of the product. He also denied to give receiving and did not provide me the help line number also. So ultimately they did not provide me receiving, they kept my product, they did not exchange the product also. D Mart is a renowned and trustworthy company of India. So it can not be acceptable.
Kindly look into the matter and help me to exchange the product that i have already deposited in your customer care counter, Burhanpur, MP-450331. Was this information helpful? |
And request you to take a strict action or this behaviour spoil the image of Dmart.
