I am a doctor by profession. My degree certificate was couriered vby my friend from Bangalore to Pune on 10 July 2021. In tracking status it shows it has reached Hinjawadi pune on 13/07/2021.
I checked at one of their offices in Pune and they are telling it's at Talegaon . They are giving nonsense reason like it is under security scan. What security issue will be there with such a small document of 10grams....

It was supposed to be delivered on 18th and I am still waiting. Wrong status update, wrong promises by team on delivery. Highly disappointed by customer care.

Tried different channel, email, complaint, portal and twitter.....

I have parceled my bike from Delhi to Patna along with bike key, helmet, disc lock and mobile holder but courier service has lost my bike key and also I didn't get my disc lock as well as mobile holder. After 2 days agent has block my number and whatsapp. This kind of service is not acceptable by Delhivery agent name Ujjwal Sawarn....

I have order vivo mobile phone of amount 24990/- from vivo estore, authorized site of vivo company on 30 june 2021, in which i have to got 3000 cashback from my bank as it was an offer period from bank side. When i was ordered company promised me to deliver upto 06/07/2021. But till now i have not received. When i was tracking it, it is showing that my parcel moving between kanpur and satna location from 02 july to 14 july....

Hi, delhivery doesn't update the status. Also there is no number where we can directly contact the delhivery executive. I'm ready to pickup the parcel but there is no way I'm able to contact them...

My order with AWB NO:[protected] should be delivered on the 19th of July and it is delayed for 3 days due to unknown reasons and shipment is not moving from the last known location while tracking. So, there is no update from the past 3 days. There is no customer care number to contact and no reply to the tickets raised. It is very pathetic....

I booked the order on paytm mall order ID : [protected], expecting delivery today. But didn't any phone calls from anyone person from delhivery. So made call to the concerns person namely Abdul Rashid, courier person, trichy, Tamil Madison. Even not responding me. So I cancelled the order...

I have returned the product to the delivery partner and they lost it somehow, I asked them what is the next step, who is responsible for it, first they agreed to return my money and now they are saying that, It will refunded by the brand....

I ordered a saree on the Meesho app on 13th July 2021 and got a message on 17th July that had the exact name of the order, my contact name, number, and address. However, the order was fake. With different COD amount. Since my mother received the delivery, she did not inquire about the amount. When I came back to delhivery to check with the AWB (that did not match the meesho suggested AWB) I found the seller's name to be INNOVATION MAKER SURFACE.br...

Where is my order when will i get my order ????...

The delivery date of my product was 18/07/2021 and they rescheduled the date to 19/07/2021 now they rescheduled it to 20/07/2021, this is the second time...

I ordered 4 things on amazon and seller shipped it with delhivery courier. And the things is when the delivery guy was out for delivery he didn't even called me and delayed my order. And the number of head office is also not working. I have emailed 3-4 times no responses yet. Very bad service. Delivery guys are not good at all...

Ididnot received. And theycould not try to communicate to me, andthey didnot call me to collect this percel. Didnot sent any massages to me .when I online track then I see a wrong update. So I request you to take disciplind action to your dibrugarh delivery branch & delivery boy....

My parcel was picked up on 10th of July and on 12th it reached Indore_mangalaya_h (M.P) and till date it's stucked in Indore for last 7 days.
When I try to to contact their customer support they give me auto-generated messages that they will update the status by 2 days but nothing gets updated...

Dear sir my order not pick up but i am tracking this order and view order collected already but not receive this order DPL/[protected] and invoice no.[protected]...

My package bearing tracking id no. has not yet been delivered although it reached nearest delhivery centre on 16th of july, 2021. The delivery persons are resceduling the delivery time by themselves....
