Delivery boy not calling the customer and giving wrong updates that customer cancelled order and tell consignee tell for open delivery
this all are issues please solve this and tell all delivery boys to call the consignee first

I booked two shipments using shiprocket service to send the boxes to Tamil Nadu. The courier used was Delhivery.

The boxes are from ikea which are the strongest boxes used for packing. The product cost of the shelf sent is Rs 9290.

After receiving the product from ikea I packed it again with clean wrap and placed several fragile stickers.

I haven't received my parcel yet.. In tracking it is showing that the parcel is in transit from the last 5days.. How many days will it be in transit.. Plz resolve my problem and send my parcel immediately.. Plz treated it as most urgent...

Shivam courier guy bringing parcel from nykaa at 12:20 pm. Upon telling him to cancel my order, he said to aapke aane wale sare courier cancel krne hai? Kyunki aapke cancel hoye hai to layu hi ni. Tu fazool baten mat kr. This is how we train people to talk to d places dey r going fr delivery. Today he has guts to talk like this, tomrw he can rob n do watever because he knows company won't do anything. I need you to take strict action against...

I ordered one product from instagram shopping page.and she sent the product through delhivery and shared me the tracking id.but when i tried to track.it shows as invalid number.i cant track it.pls help .tracking id :[protected]...

I recently ordered a cloth dye with prepaid...in the meantime they showed a status that it's already delivered...but I haven't got the product, even I didn't get a single call also...the same kind of problem happened with me before...it's a kind of thing they do with most of the prepaid orders...

This product is completely different to the order so I want to return it...

I on 27th February, was expecting a delivery by your company. I made payment through upi, unfortunately my payment has been deducted twice. The transaction showed it failed but money has been deducted from my account twice. Kindly refund.

My home is barely 10mtrs away from the National Highway 44. The agent refused to come for the big pickup. He wanted me to come to the highway then show it to him and then he'll accept. When i said this isn't the way home delivery and pickup works and will complaint against him. He laughed and say complaints don't work in our company so go ahead. This isn't the way....

Delhivery office in Mannarkkad, Kerala do not deliver product to shipping address, not even inform the customer if the corier arrived and tell customer to collect it from their office. They do not deliver corier even the customer call them....

This is a fake product to send me the id is ntw[protected] tracking id is [protected] plz return as well as soon possible...

Apke courier boy ne 1250 rs extra loye hai...costumer ko idea nhi tha product charge ka...glt product de kr 1250 le gya...

We didn't received the order but it is showing as delivered . Customer care people sent proof of delivery that is also fake . Here is my AWB no:AWB: [protected]. Please investigate properly to get the parcel. How can i pay the money without receiving my order?

Tracking information shows delivered but my parcel was not received

I have received an cash on delivery order worth rupees 970/- which is fully damaged and used saree. My concern is that i haven't order any kind of this product, here my contact detail and delivery address is been misused for fraud purpose. I want to return this product AWB[protected]...
