The package had reached Bilaspur in Haryana from Delhi to be further shipped to Bhiwadi but it has been sent to Thane, Maharashtra . Are the handlers there illiterate or just careless ? Delivery is getting delayed for a week and there is no communication regarding that why its is getting delayed. What they are doing is that they are rescheduling delivery date every date.
If they can provide any kind of communication to the customer that would be very helpful but still there is no good customer care service. There customer care will be busy every single time. If they are not able to handle logistics they should close...
