Hello, i ordered a laptop Dell Inspiron 15 plus in the month of August, my order no is[[protected]].
I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order after registration. I have completed the registration and paid the minimal amount to be paid of 999 around the date 23rd of Aug 2021. But i still haven't received it. The dell ticket number for tracking is [dell4031544]. I uploaded my mail confirming the order and payment while doing the registration. I also received a message saying that i will receive my gift in 6-7 days after i completed my registration. Its being 2 months and above now. I have made a follow up many times and i receive the same story every time. There is no date is being promised by when the goodie will be delivered. This is very frustrating.
Earlier the contact number used to get connected. Not it always gives the voice memo saying all the customer care executives are busy when ever i try to reach them.

I hope to see some response and a quick closure on this.

I have received final communication from dell offers as below almost like 6 days ago.
Please find the below email. I am not comfortable seeing the same response repeatedly.
I am not sure what is the real issue here. They never share it over to me / they never contacted me if there is an issue with this delivery.
I wish dell takes this seriously.
