I had booked an air ticket thru your portal from mumbai to vancouver for self and wife (EMT[protected]. Lufthansa wrongfully denied my wife to board flight due to redness in her eye, hence we could not take the journey. However Air Canada initially issued ecredit points which I have converted into air tickets through Air Canada.
We also had booked tickets for our family of four for Europe (EMT[protected], from vancouver to florance and Rome to Athens and to Mumbai. Since me and wife could not travel from Vancouver to Florance, we were issued ecredits by Delta Airlines. I have trying to get some help from easemytrip customer care since last twelve months but got only once response "our senior will contact in next 30 min", which has not happened.
