EMI

EMT[protected]

selected NOCOST EMI but bank charging interest.
Bank says they will charge interest the merchant needs to give upfront discount.
EMT cannot apply discount after the transaction.
Asked EMT to convert the payment to card but they are unable to do.
Agent says once the transaction is complete they cant do anything.

Then why are you misleading customers by providing NOCOSTEMI...

Hotel booking

I have booked a hotel on 30.07.2022, booking ID :[protected].
My mail id : [protected]@yahoo.com,
THe hotel manager was deniying my online boking and he asked me to pay Rs.2500 /- without that he was not allowing to saty in that hotel.

Now EasemyTrip has to refund my amount.

I booked 1 ticket from Mukerian to Delhi on 2 September 2022

even though the money (955rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my ticket....

Checkin denied and refund of extra amount not received as informed by Hotel reservation senior member

I had booked a hotel in Surat City for 22 July 2022 two months back of actual date. I had paid Rs. 2714 at the time of online booking and got the hotel reservation confirmation on the same.

Refund issue if flight ticket

The above mentioned ticket refund is still pending.. almost 11 months from date of travel.. pls resolve asap.

They have bug in their system.

Non-refund of Air fare for flight cancelled by the airlines

I had booked my flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai on 21st Feb'22 by Go Air on Easemytrip.com. My Booking reference NoEMT94798333

The flight was cancelled by the Airlines Go Air. The amount was refunded by the Airlines Go Air to Easemytrip.com few months back. I have been asking the booking platform company Easemytrip to transfer the refund amount to my bank account for the last few months.

I am not getting...

Cancellation refund by insurance claim.

Air ticket booked by order no. EMT[protected] was cancelled as I fell sick and advised not to travel by doctor. Insurance claim documents for refund of cancellation charges ( around Rs.3000) were uploaded on 10th Aug'22. Got a call from CC (customer care-EMT) saying doctor's prescription was missing. uploaded the same immediately but again claim status kept showing rejected. on checking with CC, I was told the said document was missing and...

Can not reschedule my flights

Booked a flights from Delhi to Vancouver and back. Emailed and chatted on EaseMyTrip WhatsApp many times but haven’t got my flight rescheduled even after so many requests.
I am very disappointed with their service and won’t be booking any further flights from Easymytrip....

Ticket booking rejected Refund not initiated

I had booked flight for Kolkata to Raipur and return through Easemy trip on 1st of August 2022.

Rs.12887 got deducted from my ICICI Bank Pay later account but ticket got rejected.

Henceforth had called and mailed Ease my trip customer care and mailed several times but in haste.

No resolution provided till date.

Charging convenience fees when airline has cancelled the flight

My flight was cancelled by the airline, and fl refund was transferred to the travel agency - easemytrip.

Travel agency is however charging me 300Rs per person for just transferring the amount to me in the name of convenience charges.

For no fault of mine, they are charging 600Rs for 2 passengers which I think is totally unethical and if you see it is more of inconvenience than convenience.

Airlines PNR : DFQBJR(Go Air) Refund

Full refund for this ticket has been provided by the airline as the flight had been rescheduled and hence I chose to cancel it. Ease my trip is not providing the full refund. Their website provides INR 100 refund for this which is the same if it was a no show....

Reschedule and Money Issue

I rescheduled my flight from 2nd Sept to 16th Sept but the money was deducted and flight is not rescheduled. I tried again, then money was again deducted and the flight is not rescheduled. So I have been charged two times for rescheduling and flight is still not rescheduled.

Not getting full refund after airline cancellation Fraud easemytrip and goFirst

All of sudden go first flight got cancelled due to operational reasons and there is no further flight in September and easemytrip customer care is not picking up call. I need complete refund for that .

Havent refunded my money neither have they picked the calls

They have rejected my ticket worth 63, 000 and haven’t tried to get in contact neither am I able to change the ticket...
