This same thing happened to me as well in april month, i paid 7999 for 12 ielts classes, after the very first class upon feedback given by me they changed the mentor. Second mentor questioned me that as to why were you studying from this approach and from this section to which it clearly states that they don't have a uniform teaching approach for ielts. The incident happened when i told my mentor that i am not able to understand the writing section in this way to which she said that i will teach you in this way only whether you understand or not which breaches the points they say upon registration that you will be taught in a personalised approach.
After this my three class were wasted because of this and she shouted at me for no reason
on the third class she just snapped at from the very start to which i politely said that she stop doing it.
I told this to my student manager, and they have pre summarized statement which is you can change your mentor. They don't care about how you are being treated by mentor or how is the students progress in the course. I have mailed a to there grievance cell regarding this, there raised a complaint on the student portal but there has been no response from anyone regarding the mentors unprofessional behaviour.
MY CLASSES ARE LEFT AND THREE OF MY CLASSES WERE DISTURBED BY THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF THE MENTOR, I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY REFUND OF 40% OF MY FEES. AS IT IS STILL PENDING
I WOULD SUGGEST NOT JOIN IELTS NINJA AS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS NT AT ALL GOOD, sUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM EDTECH COMPANY IS NOT JUSTIFIED. Was this information helpful? |
