I have purchased Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS on[protected]. On 5th April 2020, I logged a compliant # [protected] about RED light blinking, a week later water stopped coming. On 07may2020, the engineer came and they said that there is chip issue and it fixed and working fine...but the RED light is keep coming. Now the water taste is different and it takes 4 to 5 hrs to fill the storage unit/tank (5-7 ltr). It's under warranty and they refused to fix the RED light issue. If the purifier and properly fixed and working then it should show GREEN light, water taste should be proper. Kids are not able to drink the water... I think they over-ride the purifier function and make it work because the machine auto stopped the filtering function and showed RED light...now water is coming, no taste and keep blinking RED light... Please fix the issue permanently since its essential for family and kids. New complaint number # [protected]
