I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a highly distressing and unacceptable incident involving one of your executives, Mr. Vaibhav Khajuria. Our complaint pertains to the malfunctioning of our SF Sonic Battery and the subsequent appalling behavior and actions of Mr. Khajuria.
The ordeal began when we reached out to Mr. Vaibhav Khajuria to report the issues we were facing with the SF Sonic Battery we purchased. The battery was not functioning properly, and we were left stranded for two days due to this failure. We had previously experienced a similar problem in January 23 at the authorized distributor point, Power Standard Udaipur, and it is extremely disheartening to witness the same situation repeating itself.
When Mr. Vaibhav's service supervisor, who was sent to address our complaint, tested the battery, it was evident that a replacement was needed. Moreover, we showed the supervisor video evidence of a test conducted four months back, which revealed that the battery was filled with distilled water. However, yesterday, we discovered that the battery was empty of water, indicating a severe problem with its functioning.
Despite clear evidence and documented testing results, Mr. Vaibhav Khajuria chose to manipulate the situation and mislead us. Instead of taking responsibility for the faulty battery and initiating appropriate action, he deceitfully requested us to cancel the service request complaint. When we refused to comply with his unethical demands, he proceeded to send us a link, which he claimed would help process our complaint further. However, after reluctantly approving the link, we were shocked to receive a message claiming that our complaint was successfully resolved, without any intimation or resolution of the actual issue. This blatant act of fraud and manipulation is wholly unacceptable and reflects poorly on Exide Batteries Ltd.
Upon confronting Mr. Vaibhav about this blatant deception, his response was nothing short of appalling. He not only displayed gross misbehavior towards us but also arrogantly dared us to take whatever action we deemed fit. Such behavior is entirely unbecoming of an executive representing your esteemed organization.
It is essential to underscore that we had previously raised this issue with the distributor within the warranty period, and despite assurances that the problem would not recur, it has regrettably done so. This casts a shadow on the credibility and brand reputation of Exide Batteries Ltd, a company that we have trusted for years.
In light of the above, we demand immediate action from your end. We insist on a free-of-cost replacement for our battery with a new one that meets the promised standards. Additionally, we expect a thorough investigation into the misconduct of Mr. Vaibhav Khajuria and appropriate disciplinary measures taken against him for tarnishing Exide Batteries Ltd's reputation.
Please understand that our trust in your company's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is at stake here. We hope that you will take swift action to address this matter and provide us with a satisfactory resolution to restore our faith in Exide Batteries Ltd.
