The worst company I have ever dealt with is Flipkart. I will advise everyone to quit buying at Flipkart since they don't care about their customers—all they want is their money. My air conditioner arrived on April 5 and was told that it would be installed on April 6. They gave me the number of the installation engineer and when I called him, he said he would be there in an hour. I took a half-day leave from work and waited for him to arrive, but he never did. After that, a Flipkart customer service representative assured me that a team would install the AC the following day, on April 7, but when I phoned the engineer, he mistreated me and failed to show up for the installation. After that, they rescheduled my installation for April 8 and assured me that it would be the last day on which we would install your air conditioning system. However, despite my repeated calls to customer service representatives, senior executives, and members of the back office staff, none of them responded. I should also mention Aarti Kumari and his senior executive, Sumanth, from the backend team, who treated this matter as though it didn't matter because they had the money immediately.
