having display issue with the TV, would like to raise a complaint to claim the warranty but couldn't find in Flipkart application as well.

Flipkart delivered me a broken TV through open box delivery, the TV looks fine from outside but found broken after tuning it on. My account has been blocked for unknown reasons, and am not able to do any purchases. I am trying to reactivate it but it's of no use...I want you to resolve this issue of mine as soon as possible because I have been such an avid customer of flipkart and still this happened.
