On 12th february 2018, i brought bookmyshow voucher of rs. 500. As i don't receive any voucher i submitted a complain. Unfortunately today i have found that the email id registered in haptic is wrong. As there is no provision of email verification, the mistake was overlooked. The correct id will be [protected]@gmail.com, which is wrongly written [protected]@gmail.com. Hence my request to haptik is either send the voucher in [protected]@gmail.com and also the same in my mobile massage ([protected]) or cancel the purchase with refund.
