My Scooty needs a battery replacement in the warranty period and I have given the old battery for replacement in one of the service centers.
I haven’t got the new battery yet. Tracking-# is HE-GNF[protected].

It's already been more than a month now.
Could you please look into it and dispatch a new battery.

Battery has failed four times in eight months .both the batteries got problem in August 2023.It has been four months since I have given it for replacement.I haven't received any batteries yet...

There was a motor leakage problem in my hero electric vehicle and the vehicle was delivered to the dealer for rectification. They said the motor has to be sent to the company for repair or replacement and will be returned by 10 days.

Now its already more than 30 days there is no response from the dealer they are informing that still they have not got any response from the company.

They have provided the claim...
