The worst institute and the worst management i've ever seen in my life...
I was the testing trainer in hts vikas puri branch and have completed 3 batches
Batch 1: 5 students of selenium
Batch 2 : 2 students of manual testing.
Batch 3: 1 student of manual +selenium testing.
I've completed the course of all the batches in last year july 2017 and after that students have also updated their comments on the hts websites which is a mandatory if you want the payment but still i didn't got a single penny.
I've called mr hardeep too many times but everytime he has a new excuses and after 2-3 months he has blocked my number even didn't reply on my messages.
Even i've made too many calls to their accounts department (Mr deepak) but he also didn't help me.
They have shifted their institute from vikaspuri to pitampura and in june 2017 and i was consistently contacting their pitampura branch for my payment even i visited their 1-2 time but still i'm waiting for my payment. Was this information helpful? |
Instead of any help you have a great excuse like we are not responsible for anything.
If that institute was a Franchisee then it's solely your responsibility to resolve the disputes because it was working under banner.
Also I've mentioned in my last Post that i made too many calls to Mr Hardeep who is the owner of HTS and regularly come to vikaspuri branch but at that time he didn't told me that we have a franchisee system for vikas puri and it's up to the franchisee whether he will give that payment or not.
Even that same thing was not mentioned on the offer letter which was generated by HTS. So please don't make me fool.
Accept if you don't have payment for your trainers.
