I purchased my Hitachi AC three years ago with the expectation of a reliable and long-lasting product. However, my experience over the past one and a half months has been nothing short of a nightmare.
After experiencing issues with my AC, I contacted the service center, and they attempted to repair the cooling coil twice, but to no avail. Now, they are suggesting a replacement of the cooling coil, which would cost me ₹9500. This is absolutely unacceptable.
The fact that the cooling coil, a critical component of the AC system, would need replacement after just three years of normal usage raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of Hitachi products. It feels like a scam to require such frequent and costly replacements, making it financially unfeasible for me to maintain this AC in the long run.
I urge Hitachi to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I request either a full refund for the faulty AC or a replacement unit at no additional cost. Additionally, I implore Hitachi to investigate the quality of its cooling coils and take necessary steps to improve their durability to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
