My name is vijay shetty i'm purchase honda activa 4g on june 2017 i'm not happy with honda activa 4g because one time my activa has get little damage after someday in my 2nd service i told them my handle get cross they told me its normal not to worry and next month i got again it's problem because my daily routine with vehicle 8to10km. I called customer care services before 2nd service they raise my complaint and i got a call from service centre from dombivli east vijay automobile pvt ltd they said put your bike here for one day we will see and i got cal next day that handle problem and supervisor told me rs. 3000/- expenses and insurance person come there he told rs. 10000/-why this big difference communication and i don't have that much amount to do immediately and in my 2nd service supervisor told me pannel alignment had problem that's why you have problem for riding and he take rs 400 for that but then also it's not happy service at all i am middle class person i can't afford this much amount every time it's really bad service and activa not strong
It's really disappointed from honda activa 4g if i take above 40speed it's get disbalance and volume raise from parts in activa
Kindly do something on urgent basis waiting for reply
And i am scan my 2nd service receipt kindly check
