Sir i bought Hyundai Verna 1.6 SX, model 2019 from Morani Hyundai Jaipur and this has completed around 12000 km till now. I have issue regarding tyres its all Four tyre are of Bridgestone and its stepney is of CEAT which were provided by Hyundai while buying this car.

Refunding of my booking amount

I have booked A venue car for purchase at sas hundai Lucknow they have promised me to give the car after 10 to 15 days of booking which they have failed to do. Delayed delivery of new creta

We booked creta SX petrol manual variant at Kun Hyundai Kondapur, Hyderabad branch and the service so far is bad.

My wife is an assistant manager at Bank of Baroda and she applied for loan long back the moment we booked the car hoping that we get it as early as possible because one of her colleagues referred this branch. We had booked a Grand i10 Nios Sports Car with Hyundai in Mumbai on 13th April 2021. We had asked the dealer to take the possession of the old car and also the cheque for the amount on 15th April 2021 and they committed to deliver the car on 21st April 2021. In the first week of May, the company didn’t deliver due to the lockdown but also gave us a shock by just dropping a document on whatsapp which indicated price hike without any explanation....

While we were waiting for the car to reach the showroom, the Executive gave us papers for signing the documents. Santro-2020 model, GH-27-DH-5151

I have purchased Santro-Auto gear on 27.02.2020, and car ran only about 5000 Kms. On 26.04.21, my car didnt start, so called your RSA, a person came and get it started. On 27.04.21 again same issue called RSA and they took the car to workshop at Shivalik Huyndai, Ambali, Ahmedabad. Spare Tyre size issue

I have purchased new venue car SX in Dec 2019 from your company (G.T.Road Showroom Hyundai Amritsar). Two three days before my front wheel is got damaged and I tried to change it with my spare wheel and found that my spare wheel is smaller in size as compared to other wheel.

Horrible service

I insurance claim of my 1 year old venue JH09AS7491 with zero debt insurance at shree hyundai Chas Bokaro on 19/3/21.But till date parts is not available in showroom. Service employ give me false date of delivery. I don't know how much time it take to complete my vehicle.I feel very bad, worst & horrible experience with hyundai india Ltd.please do needful as early as possible....

So high service charge

Dear Sir
I have Hundai car model Grand i10 asta (o) petrol, year 2015 PB 03 AM 6890 covered km 45000 km. I approached to Raja Hundai bathinda for servicing.They estimated service cost around ₹ 4200.(engine oil and wheel balancing). Is it genuine cost.This attitude may loose your existing customers.
In my view service cost of petrol car must not exceed over ₹ 2000.
I request you to reconsider about service cost...

Blue link operations

I am having Hyundai Creta Turbo, 2020 model, purchased in Sept 2020.
The Blue link remote operations are not possible due to some unknown reason
This was reported to the dealer, Chandra Hyundai.
Though they gave me some tips over phone, the status of Blueink operations remain the same.
